It’s surprising to know the trend in real estate nowadays. The prices of homes have really increased especially in city. There has also been a dramatic change in the environment. Commercial buildings and houses are sprouting like mushroom. Even some agricultural lands are transformed to housing units. It’s also one of the reasons, why prices of agricultural commodities also increased. I had the chance to work in a property company before and upon looking at the yearend report, real estate and property development aced among all other companies in the umbrella corporation. The pastures are also greener in this kind of business. Most of our brokers are earning good salary not to mention their bountiful commission. But the catch is, having broad social connections. These possible leads and acquaintances are great source of business that’s why you have to create a different persona that will really catch their attention, trust and even loyalty.
