When it comes to moving into a new place, which is better, buying a home or renting an apartment? Before making a big decision especially long term debt, it’s better to consider all things. Let say you are ready to take the plunge, then think of your credit report and the stability of your job. We know how bad the economy is it’s and the fact that no one is indispensable at work. So you might as well, go for something convenient and practical. I’ve been renting a place for three years now and as far as I am concern, I’m happy about it. One of most things that I’m thankful of is security and comfort. In winter, the heating system is perfectly working to keep me warm at all times. There is also a 24 hour security so I have peace of mind whenever I go to bed. Lastly, I don’t have to worry of amortization and foreclosure.
