I am a realtor and what I usually do is to try to look for some nice property under foreclosure, buy them as soon as I could, renovate it to make it look better, and then resell it in a higher price. Lately, due to the economy, sales are somewhat getting lower and only a few people now are willing to invest big for property so I thought I would try something new to make sure that I could get some more people interested on the properties that I sell.

I tried to check the Las Vegas ADT dealers because I thought that if I would include a good alarm system with the houses that I sell, people would be attracted and get them as soon as possible. Right now, I am trying to make sure that all the houses that I sell would have their very own ADT home systems and make sure that their ADT monitoring systems will work perfectly, the moment that the buyers move in. I thought that this would be a great feature to include and hype it as something that everyone should have, especially now that a lot of people are getting desperate over their economic situations.
